CANCELLATION POLICY
24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Deposits: For certain services (e.g., color treatments, bridal styling), a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate our schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply. Group Appointments & Special Events: For group bookings or special event services, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. A deposit may also be required, and cancellations after this time may incur a fee of up to 50%.
